We are one of the very few vacation rental properties that do not charge a fee.

We have been very fortunate in the past as our guests have left the cottages as they found them. This enables us to not charge a cleaning fee.

So we ask you to please do the same!!!

Our Pet Policy:

We are pet lovers, however, we must have some guidelines. so we can maintain our property in order that all can enjoy.

We charge a pet fee of $10.00 per night. This covers the  extra cost incurred to clean properly for the next guest who may not be a pet lover.

Please clean up after your pooches, we would hate to have anyone else staying at the cottages to step in dog poop.
Pet owner will be responsible for the repair of replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets
